page provides instructions for accessing the orientation and
tutorial. Please see the first section for information
on accessing the orientation for Blackboard. The DL orientation and
Blackboard tutorial must be completed by students new to distance
learning.

This login and password gives you access to the online
orientation and demo course only.

Online orientation will be
available beginning November 29, 2011.

Face-to-face orientation for distance learning
on the Person campus is Thursday, January 5, 2012;
5:30-7:00 p.m. in D101.

Face-to-face orientation for distance learning
on the Caswell campus is Thursday, January 5, 2012;
1:00-2:30 p.m. in K202.

When the semester begins
January 9, 2012, new and returning
students will use
a 'username' and password assigned to you.

Log in page: http://courses.piedmontcc.edu

Click log in button and use the following:

Your
username is a combination of your first initial,
middle initial, last name, and the last 2 digits of your
student identification number.

Your
password is your student ID number.
Example:
Jane Doe
Smith, 0071234
User name is JDSmith34
Password is 0071234
The Student Identification number is found at top left side of form
received at registration.
If you do not know your
Student ID number, please contact Student
