Hi everyone....

I would like to share the minutes of our last care meeting: The conference this year is going to be in Atlanta GA , Easter weekend and

we need to get rolling with our FUNDRAISERS!!!

1. From 10:00-4:00 on.Sat. Oct 11th will be the PCC fall fest. we will be

face painting and having a bake sale

if you would like to contribute to the bake sale please have items wrapped

as being sold and on campus by 9:30 sat morning.

we also need people to volunteer to work at the booth. So far we do have a

sign up list and is as follows:

Selena Thornton 9;30-11:00

Charlene Wilson 9-?

Heidi Griffin 10:00-1:00

Kathy Oakley 1:00-4:00

if you signed up but didn't put a time please let Charlene, Cindy or Heidi

know if you can help....

We also have a catalog that Selena Thornton, Fundraising Chairperson, will

be organizing.

this catalog is called Townsquare and has items for sale in which we will

get a portion of the profits.

these orders (money included) will be due Oct. 31st.

please let an officer know if you may be interested in selling

Stew sale has been set for Oct.15 on campus and we need donations!!!!

please help donate:

10 lbs onions(cooked and chopped)

20 lbs potatoes (cooked and cut)

6 large cans corn

4 large cans tomatoes

4 large cans lima beans

10-15 lbs of beef and chicken cooked

containers

we also need time donated as well...

we would also like to collect donated items for a halloween basket to be

raffled off at school

these items should be halloween related and should fit in a basket...let

Cindy or Heidi know if you would like to donate..
