Question: This chapter emphasizes that suggestions in the session are just that, suggestions and that the client is the expert and knows if a task would be helpful.  How do you believe you might react to a client that repeatedly ignores the tasks you have suggested?  Honestly evaluate your reactions and discuss how you can put the above philosophy into practice when tasks are not accomplished (Use a separate sheet of paper)

Homework :   Explain each element in the acronym  EARS.  Give examples of the solution-focused questions and statements than an interviewer can use to accomplish the interviewing task represented by each element. (Do this on a separate sheet of paper)
