Cultural Simulation: Shodop Culture
The Shodop culture exists on a small, isolated island. They are primarily agriculturally based and live in small villages. There is no difference between men and woman in terms of roles and division of labor and there does not appear to be much conflict over issues of appearance except in one area: It is considered very high status to be short, so the shorter you are, the better you are treated. Visitors are generally welcome, unless they are tall. Treat the other students according to this philosophy, but don’t explain what is behind your behavior.
