How equal are service provider networks in terms of being ethically and culturally balanced?
Why is it important to become culturally competent?
When clients react to a provider from a different culture, and providers react to clients of different cultures, what is the most effective way to deal with these reactions?
What terms should you use when referring to specific ethnic groups?
What is the definition of an ethnic group? (Generally, not specific to a particular group)
As the author uses the terms, define People of Color, Whites, and White ethnics.
